We're a very tiny team so please allow at least 2-3 days for your order to be picked, packed & processed.

After your order has been picked & packed, you will then receive another email providing your delivery tracking number. (Please check your spam email folder incase you don't receive the tracking number)

Obviously we do not work for the postal service, so we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date of your parcel. We are at the mercy of the postal services just like you, so please be patient, as in certain areas around the world, only a limited range of delivery services is available & it may take longer than expected.

There may be local duties and taxes applied onto your order depending on the destination country. You may be required to pay these import duties and taxes to the courier on delivery. Please contact your local customs office for further information about this.

Please ensure that all billing and shipping details are correctly provided. Once a delivery has been shipped, we are unable to re-direct packages and unable to take responsibility for lost packages if the wrong address was provided to us or that have been signed for as being received.

Returns

We do not offer refunds unless the goods are faulty.

We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind. 

Should the goods purchased prove to be the wrong size for you, please email contact@goodmorningtapes.com within 14 days of purchasing, reference your name and order number.

We will provide you with a credit note to the value of the item you purchased. With this credit note you can make a new purchase and select the size/item that you want.

When returning goods they must be in the condition you received them, (brand new, unworn).

You will have to arrange your own return shipping service and at your expense.

You must notify our team of any shipment tracking numbers you may have to insure the return shipment, as we are unable to accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during transit to our warehouse.
